Large items such as mattresses, furniture and appliances are delivered by our specialist team. Delivery includes carry-in to your preferred room and basic assembly where applicable.
Large item deliveries are scheduled separately and you will be contacted to arrange a convenient delivery window. Additional fees may apply for deliveries above the 3rd floor without elevator access.

Please bring your order confirmation and a valid ID when collecting. Orders are held for up to 7 days before being returned to stock.
